Senior QA Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead the design and execution of both automated and manual tests for web and API applications. The role is fully remote and supports our delivery of high‑quality software for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and run automated and manual test cases for web and API platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
• Perform API testing, database validation and end‑to‑end system testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and DevOps teams to ensure early defect detection and smooth releases.
• Integrate testing activities into CI/CD pipelines and Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Strong background in test automation and API testing.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC, and familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Excellent analytical, debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
