Senior Project Manager

About the role

Experian’s Global Operations and Sales Excellence team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, technical implementations and CRM migrations that improve seller and client experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for complex, global programs.
• Manage CRM, CPQ, CLM and billing system migrations and integrations.
• Partner with business and product owners across regions to secure alignment.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report status, risks and updates to senior leadership.
• Apply project‑management methodologies and governance standards.

Required profile

• PMP certification with at least 5 years of project‑management experience.
• Proven track record delivering technical projects at scale in a global environment.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and implementing Agile projects.
• Demonstrated change‑management experience or formal training.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business partners.
