IT SaaS Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT SaaS Engineer to act as the technical authority for our SaaS platforms. You will design, integrate, and maintain complex systems while ensuring security, reliability, and smooth vendor interactions—all on a fully remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own data models, APIs, configurations, and limits for assigned platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms and internal Feuji systems, including glue code and automation.
• Manage vendor identity solutions (SSO, SCIM provisioning, roles, entitlements) and oversee AI feature roll‑outs.
• Own test automation, CI pipelines, and work with QA engineers to ensure quality gates.
• Coordinate vendor releases, upgrades, and technical reviews with security, identity, and architecture teams.
• Provide Level 3 support, develop monitoring/alerting, and participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Excellent ability to explain technical constraints to non‑technical stakeholders without jargon.
• Proven experience handling vendor engineers, demanding timelines, and production incidents.
• Self‑starter who can learn unfamiliar platforms within days and work across time zones.
• Strong communication skills for frequent conversations with product and functional owners.

Required skills

• Python programming and SQL querying.
• REST API integration, authentication flows, and webhooks.
• Enterprise identity protocols: SAML, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, entitlement models.
• Test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of AI and agentic AI concepts.
• Experience with vendor implementation, enhancements, and support escalations.
• Agile squad experience and Jira fluency.
