Senior Production Supervisor – Shift B

About the role

Viant Medical is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor for Shift B to lead manufacturing activities at its Heredia site. The role covers a full‑time schedule of Monday‑Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, overseeing molding and assembly operations in a regulated clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMPs according to Viant Medical quality standards.
• Monitor production line performance, track scrap, and record variations.
• Notify the VST of issues causing delays or quality deviations.
• Assist in training new production employees and prioritize work in the clean room.
• Support engineering on new product development and launch activities.
• Lead production meetings, communicate KPIs, risks, and priorities.
• Perform safety and audit activities, manage overtime, and approve shift payroll reports.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve personnel conflicts and conduct performance appraisals.
• Maintain workflow, balance staffing, and ensure a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising manufacturing staff in molding or assembly settings.
• Strong knowledge of SOP, GMP, and clean‑room protocols.
• Ability to lead teams, manage shift schedules, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
