About the role

UST is seeking an Industrial Engineer with experience in process improvement, data analysis, and visualization/automation tools. The role involves using Power BI and Excel for data analysis, creating queries, and optionally working with Power Apps.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve current processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collect, analyze, and present data using Power BI and Excel.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring delivery within established deadlines and budgets.
• Work closely with other departments and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability in process improvement to identify, analyze, and enhance business processes.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Experience creating and querying dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical functions and tools in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Desirable knowledge of developing enterprise applications with Power Apps.
