Senior Product Design Consultant

About the role

Modus is seeking a Senior Product Design Consultant to shape and deliver high‑impact digital products for its global clients. You will work within cross‑functional delivery pods, collaborating with product leaders, engineers, and quality specialists from concept through release and ongoing iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences, including workflows, interactions, and responsive patterns across web and mobile platforms.
• Partner directly with engineers to translate design intent into production‑ready components, using AI‑assisted tools to accelerate prototyping and reduce handoff friction.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and leverage product analytics to inform post‑release improvements.

Required profile

• Significant experience designing and shipping digital products within cross‑functional product teams.
• Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and user‑centered research.
• Portfolio that showcases complete product workflows and shipped outcomes, not just isolated screens.

Required skills

• Figma with component‑based design and modern design‑system expertise.
• Proficiency in AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript for creating interactive or coded prototypes.
