Senior Product Business Analyst

About the role

Tebra is looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst to lead its product analytics program. You will bridge data and decision‑making, turning complex usage metrics into actionable insights that shape product roadmaps, feature adoption, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve product performance metrics and reporting infrastructure for active usage (DAU/MAU) and feature adoption.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate usage data into roadmap prioritization insights.
• Create leadership‑ready analyses and Tableau dashboards that drive decision‑making.
• Build and maintain scalable SQL models in Snowflake for self‑service analytics and trusted reporting.
• Establish unified reporting standards across Product, Engineering, and Finance.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Growth, and Finance analysts to link product usage with business metrics such as retention and pricing.
• Maintain a comprehensive data dictionary for the product analytics function.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics within a SaaS environment.
• Consultative leadership experience guiding product teams on user flows and feature stickiness.
• Experience handling PHI and complying with healthcare data security requirements.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, solvable components.
