Senior Penetration Tester – AI Security

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to lead our AI security initiatives. The role combines traditional application security testing with cutting‑edge AI red‑team exercises, ensuring our products are resilient against both classic and emerging threats.

Key responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing across web, API, mobile, and complex application workflows.
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities such as business‑logic flaws, authentication issues, and injection attacks.
• Conduct AI red‑team activities including prompt injection, misuse, and data exposure scenarios.
• Evaluate AI‑driven and agentic workflows for decision‑logic abuse and malicious actions.
• Support AI‑augmented testing tools and contribute to their evaluation.
• Produce clear, actionable reports with remediation guidance.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of hands‑on application penetration testing or offensive security experience.
• Strong attacker mindset focused on real‑world risk rather than tool output.
• Interest in AI, large‑language models, and next‑generation application security.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with continuous testing platforms.

Required skills

• Web, API, and mobile application security testing.
• Proficiency with Burp Suite and other security testing tools.
• Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and modern application architectures.
• Scripting/automation experience, preferably Python.
• Exposure to AI/LLM security or bug‑bounty programs (nice to have).
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GWAPT, OSAI (preferred but not mandatory).
