Senior Media Manager – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Media Manager with a focus on healthcare to join a fast‑growing, tech‑enabled growth firm. You will work closely with the Media Supervisor and the Associate Media Director to shape strategy, lead client conversations, and drive performance across paid media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Media Supervisor to define media strategy and planning for healthcare clients.
• Lead client meetings, reinforce strategic direction, and surface testing or growth opportunities.
• Own day‑to‑day campaign management, monitor performance drivers, and optimize spend with intent.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal and client teams.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop new assets, messaging, and creative concepts.
• Support the Associate Media Director on media planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale media budgets and campaigns, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
