Senior Marketing & Account Manager – Channel Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Account Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. In this client‑facing position you will own end‑to‑end B2B and multichannel marketing programs, acting as the primary liaison between clients, creative partners, sales teams and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and reporting of B2B and multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, translating business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, creative agencies, vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop strategic recommendations, growth opportunities and present them to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee content creation, creative briefings and campaign rollout.
• Analyze results, provide data‑driven insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives, customer engagement programs and overall growth strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high‑performing collaborative environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing end‑to‑end B2B marketing programs.
• Proven client‑facing and stakeholder‑management experience.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience developing marketing strategies at local, regional or global scale.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).

• Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
