Senior IT Support Associate (Level II)

About the role

We are looking for a System Support Level 2 professional to deliver advanced technical support for our enterprise platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling production incidents, validating configurations, and ensuring platform stability across application, infrastructure, and data layers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams.
• Validate system configurations and ensure stability across web, application, and data tiers.
• Manage security certificate processes, reporting, and environment validation.
• Participate in 24 × 7 rotating on‑call support for customers and internal groups.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Systems Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (minimum B2 level).
• Calm and structured approach when handling production incidents.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously and work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• IIS administration and web‑tier troubleshooting.
• SSL/TLS certificate management.
• SQL database querying and data‑tier troubleshooting.
• Windows Server administration and TCP/IP fundamentals.
• PowerShell and VBScript scripting.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Client360.
• Microsoft Excel and Power BI for operational and performance reporting.
