Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Integrated Project Manager / Integrated Producer will lead multi‑channel production projects for US‑based agencies and clients from our Heredia office. Acting as the main client liaison, you will coordinate with POP’s US and global studio teams to ensure seamless delivery across video, audio, print, photography and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Develop estimates, timelines, and comprehensive documentation from kickoff to final delivery.
• Define project assumptions, scope parameters, production approach and resource needs.
• Manage financials, including budget tracking, work‑in‑progress, PO recovery and billing instructions.
• Provide production counsel to clients and shape project direction.
• Maintain regular client communication through status updates, meetings and written reports.
• Collaborate with Client Service, Production, Creative and global Studio teams to produce high‑quality work.
• Identify workflow improvements and drive efficiency across projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering integrated production projects on time and within budget.
• Strong agency production background across video, audio, print, photography and digital channels.
• Omni‑channel experience highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
