Internal Communications Specialist II

About the role

As an Internal Communications Specialist reporting to the Senior Director of Global Technology Communications, you will design and execute internal communication strategies that align employees with departmental priorities and boost engagement across a global technology team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication plans, draft executive and employee messaging, and manage content calendars.
• Create high‑quality written and visual content such as newsletters, banners, infographics, and videos for multiple channels.
• Administer internal platforms and tools—including SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Planner, Slack, Teams, and Dynamic Signal/FirstUp—and track engagement metrics.
• Coordinate virtual All‑Hands meetings, handling project management, presentation design, and speaker logistics.
• Support culture and engagement initiatives, including onboarding experiences, internal campaigns, and employee resource groups.
• Monitor communication effectiveness, manage distribution lists, and provide audience insights to improve reach.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, content marketing, HR communications, or digital communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using Slack, SharePoint, and Dynamic Signal/FirstUp.
• Design skills with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects).
