Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Lutron is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for its Costa Rica site. In this position you will be a key member of the Human Resources team, partnering with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce coverage and staffing plans to meet current and future business needs.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for direct labor and experienced hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Deliver new‑hire orientation and ensure understanding of company policies, benefits, and workplace expectations.
• Partner across the organization to promote a consistent, professional employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Provide day‑to‑day performance management support, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with the learning organization to deliver development programs.
• Manage employee relations cases and support annual performance and compensation review processes.
• Coordinate administrative HR activities such as badge issuance and parking allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Costa Rica labor law.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
