Senior Designer

About the role

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. As a Senior Designer you will own a large portion of the design lifecycle, from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring that visual solutions are both innovative and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling design outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical leaders to gather requirements, define design strategy, and align visual direction with overall product vision.
• Conceptualize, create, and refine high‑impact designs for digital and print media, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead project meetings, present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to meet tight timelines.
• Oversee multiple concurrent design projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant design experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator.
