Senior Consultant, Strategy & Technology

About the role

Konrad Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead cross‑functional teams of consultants, designers and developers on medium to large‑scale digital projects. You will guide clients through the Design Thinking process, delivering innovative user experiences and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams on digital strategy, design and technology initiatives.
• Facilitate design‑thinking workshops and translate business challenges into elegant user experiences.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Project Management, UX Design and Technology teams to ensure project timelines and client goals are met.
• Produce presentations, documentation, RFP responses and other client‑facing collateral.
• Stay informed on emerging technology trends, including AI, and act as a thought leader.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading strategy, design and technology projects.
• Proven ability to work with clients across diverse industries.
• Strong understanding of management, business and finance processes.
• Excellent communication and public‑speaking skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
