Data Architect

About the role

Konrad is seeking a technically strong Data Architect to design and oversee scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions for global clients. You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, collaborating with data engineers, analysts, product managers, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to identify data science and machine‑learning opportunities that drive business value.
• Explore, analyze, and prepare large datasets for modeling and experimentation.
• Design, build, and validate statistical, predictive, and machine‑learning models.
• Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate for improvement.
• Lead data modernization and migration projects for large enterprises.
• Communicate findings, methodologies, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging data‑science, AI, and machine‑learning techniques and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in data science, machine learning, or solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data‑science libraries.
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and machine‑learning techniques.
• Experience designing and managing cloud‑based data platforms and warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Familiarity with model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and building production APIs (FastAPI) and applications (Django or Flask).
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with data‑engineering teams.
