Senior Business Analyst – Digital Commerce (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a global digital commerce initiative for a large‑scale Store program. The role involves translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business and technical requirements gathering sessions.
• Document Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement validation.
• Support UAT, business validation, and end‑to‑end requirements traceability.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience on enterprise software projects.
• Strong background in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Proven experience writing BRDs, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Advanced written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Jira and Confluence tools.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other enterprise eCommerce platforms (nice to have).
• APIs and integration knowledge.
