Senior Associate License Compliance Representative

About the role

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Associate License Compliance Representative to independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads. You will use telemetry and audit tools to detect potential licensing violations, engage with mid‑level customer contacts, and help protect Autodesk’s intellectual property.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a moderate caseload of compliance leads following established procedures.
• Utilize telemetry and licensing analytics tools to identify patterns of non‑compliance.
• Communicate licensing issues to customers, issue warning letters, and escalate cases when needed.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to align messaging and share insights.
• Support resolution planning and contribute to revenue protection initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, customer success or related fields.
• Proven ability to review data, conduct investigations, and manage caseloads independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for mid‑level customer contacts.
• Foundational negotiation skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Experience with telemetry tools.
• Experience with audit or licensing analytics tools.
• Familiarity with SaaS or subscription business models.
