Salesforce Developer – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a 6–12 month contract, working remotely from Costa Rica. You will design, build, and integrate scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well‑architected, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processes, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and extend low‑code automations using Flows and Process Builder.
• Create invocable Apex actions and reusable Lightning components for orchestrated automation.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations and data synchronization pipelines.
• Apply security best practices, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field‑level security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, deployments, and release cut‑overs using source control and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong object‑oriented design skills and familiarity with enterprise design patterns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver within defined timelines.

Required skills

• Apex development (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing).
• Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Flows and Process Builder.
• REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Test‑driven development and achieving required test coverage.
