Sales Representative

About the role

Doer Fitness is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth of its premium fitness equipment line. You will prospect new business, nurture client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their training goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across multiple sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, and corporate clients.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and commercial opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Present products and services using a consultative sales approach focused on customer needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate agreements, and support sales closing activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide personalized post‑sale service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and recurring business opportunities.
• Participate in commercial events, promotional activities, and internal training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to propose improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma, technical degree, or university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, International Commerce, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
• Proven track record in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is required.
• Previous experience in the fitness, wellness, or retail industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA processes (product listings, inventory management, basic seller operations).
