About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive B2B growth for Ridivi by identifying new prospects, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing strategic deals. You will act as the bridge between client needs and Ridivi's solutions, ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities.
• Generate and nurture a B2B commercial pipeline.
• Contact prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and demos.
• Understand client needs and present tailored Ridivi solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up until closure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM and track opportunities.
• Research new markets, industries, and client segments.
• Monitor strategic clients and high‑value opportunities.
• Achieve defined commercial objectives and metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Track record in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented commercial mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, technology or B2B companies is a plus.
• Professional level English is a plus.
