Sales Account Executive – Label Solutions

About the role

Pacific Barcode Label Printing Solutions, a leading global label manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join its Costa Rica office. The role focuses on managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers for labeling solutions, reporting to the President and the local General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, market research, and networking.
• Conduct sales presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to showcase labeling solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure new business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, building strong relationships and conducting regular account reviews.
• Provide proactive customer support and coordinate with internal teams (customer service, production, logistics) to meet expectations.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, analyze market trends, forecast sales, and report performance metrics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Required profile

• Proven, consistent track record of successful selling, preferably in related verticals.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined work ethic.
• High level of professionalism, dependability, and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Data‑based, solution‑selling approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mentality.
• Mandatory: excellent written and verbal English‑speaking communication skills.
• B.S./A. in business administration or a related field (highly desired).
