Revenue Operations Engineer

About the role

As a Revenue Operations Engineer at Venn, you will unify our go‑to‑market stack—including HubSpot, Vitally, Nooks, Swan AI, Gong, and Zuora—ensuring seamless data flow and reliable reporting across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Own integrations and data pipelines between all GTM systems, guaranteeing accurate, automated data movement.
• Design, build, and maintain automations that reduce manual effort for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Serve as the technical owner of HubSpot, managing objects, properties, workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data hygiene.
• Create and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, sales activity, and customer health, collaborating with Finance on revenue reporting.
• Audit data quality, resolve sync errors, duplicates, and implement safeguards.
• Evaluate new GTM tools and AI‑driven workflows, handling vendor setup, permissions, and integrations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in revenue, GTM, marketing, or sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot (workflows, custom objects, reporting, integrations).
• Proficiency in connecting systems via native connectors, APIs, webhooks, or iPaaS tools such as Zapier, Workato, Make, or n8n.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating messy data into clear insights.
• Ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance and explain technical concepts to non‑technical teammates.

• SQL, JavaScript or Python for data transformation
• BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Google Sheets, BigQuery)
• Experience with customer success platforms (Vitally), AI phone dialers (Nooks), and conversation intelligence (Gong)
