Retail Account Manager, Strategic Partners

About the role

The Strategic Partner Manager will own a portfolio of Uber's most important retail partners across Central America and the Caribbean. This data‑driven, commercial role combines account management, advanced analytics, and growth acceleration to drive revenue and long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a strategic partner portfolio, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and retention.
• Develop custom data frameworks and dashboards (Google Sheets, Tableau, internal tools) to monitor performance metrics such as conversion, basket size, and cancellations.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses, diagnose performance gaps, and translate insights into actionable plans for partners and internal teams.
• Drive retail media adoption, optimize advertising and promotion investments, and maximize ROI.
• Create and execute joint business plans aligned with measurable outcomes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational and strategic issues, using structured problem‑solving.
• Influence cross‑functional teams (Operations, Product, Analytics, Marketing) with data‑backed recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial, account management, business development or growth roles within grocery, retail, e‑commerce, CPG, marketplace or technology environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proven track record managing enterprise or strategic accounts with revenue ownership.
