Senior Account Representative – Amazon Business

About the role

Amazon Business is seeking a Senior Account Representative to drive growth and adoption of its B2B solutions across a diverse portfolio of organizations. You will combine solution‑selling expertise with digital prospecting to build and manage a strategic book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts and expand existing relationships within the assigned territory.
• Develop and present personalized solutions that align with customers’ procurement, IT, finance and facilities needs.
• Coordinate Amazon resources to meet client objectives and ensure successful onboarding and stabilization.
• Maintain accurate weekly sales forecasts, pipeline health, and business updates.
• Map Amazon products and services to client goals, including e‑procurement integration, advanced payment options, and automated reconciliation.
• Engage prospects and clients via phone, email, web tools, and in‑person events such as trade shows.
• Contribute to sales review mechanisms (WBRs, QBRs) and influence broader sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce business models and online marketplace dynamics.
• Ability to identify high‑potential clients and develop long‑term strategic relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with buying decision‑makers across functional areas.
