About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead an outlet within the Andaz Papagayo resort, operating it as an independent profit centre while upholding Hyatt International standards. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the assigned restaurant outlet.
- Ensure the outlet follows the brand’s operating concept and Hyatt standards.
- Drive guest satisfaction through high‑quality service and product delivery.
- Control costs and operate within the allocated budget.
- Monitor financial results and implement actions to achieve profitability targets.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with strong standards.
