About the role

Qualfon Costa Rica is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join its team. You will handle inbound calls, chats and emails, providing clear and helpful solutions that turn customers into brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate customers on devices, interfaces, troubleshooting steps and company policies.
• Perform advanced hardware troubleshooting, including installation and wiring support.
• Provide technical assistance for systems and applications.
• Document issues accurately for internal use and follow up on open cases.
• Collaborate on special projects and support team leads as needed.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level) – both spoken and written.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a call‑center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced hardware troubleshooting skills.
