About the role

We are looking for a Remote Vacation Planning Consultant to help clients design unforgettable travel experiences. The role involves researching destinations, creating customized itineraries, and managing bookings from start to finish, all while delivering top‑tier customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand vacation preferences and budgets.
• Research and recommend vacation packages, including cruises, all‑inclusive resorts, Disney destinations, and international getaways.
• Create personalized itineraries and coordinate reservations with industry suppliers.
• Maintain client records and follow up throughout the booking process.
• Stay updated on destination news, promotions, and supplier training.
• Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Training provided.
