Partner Operations & AI Automation Manager

About the role

Acquia is seeking a Partner Operations & AI Automation Manager to lead operational excellence and partner program management. The role combines process improvement, AI‑driven workflow design, and cross‑functional project leadership to support Acquia’s global partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in partner‑facing and internal processes, map end‑to‑end journeys and implement improvements to boost efficiency and margin.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using tools such as Claude and Gemini to reduce manual effort across partner operations.
• Own maintenance, configuration and optimization of partner systems including Salesforce, Jira, the Partner Portal, Crossbeam and related platforms.
• Lead high‑visibility projects such as the Partner Portal rebuild, AI/automation rollouts and partner program enhancements, managing scope, timelines and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI agents or automated workflows.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, workflow rules, data objects).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and customer‑service skills with a strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Salesforce administration and reporting.
• Jira configuration and workflow management.
• AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Gemini) and prompt design.
• Data extraction, cleaning and analysis across multiple systems.
• Google Workspace proficiency.
• Familiarity with Drupal PaaS and enterprise BI tools (e.g., Domo) is a plus.
