Remote Training Specialist – AI‑Enabled Learning

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Training Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design expertise with AI tools to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach Executive Assistants through live sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Design, update, and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
• Leverage AI and automation tools daily to enhance learning, coach AI adoption, and streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership attitude.
