Remote Frontend Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join a paid, fully remote AI training program focused on evaluating AI‑generated code. The role is project‑based, asynchronous, and open to engineers across Latin America who want to contribute to improving AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI outputs.
• Adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
