Remote Frontend Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking Frontend Developers across Latin America to join a fully remote, project‑based AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models. The work is asynchronous and flexible, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
