Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to join a paid AI training program focused on improving code generation models. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating its quality, and creating coding challenges that help the model learn. No prior AI experience is required, only solid software engineering skills.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
