About the role

Join BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition team as a Remote Data Entry Specialist. You will support the recruiting process by handling candidate information, maintaining job portal postings, and ensuring data accuracy across multicultural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and make initial contact with potential candidates for open searches.
• Propose new methods for sourcing candidates and improving existing processes.
• Manage job postings on multiple portals and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job boards to match recruitment needs.
• Track and report on data entry metrics to support the recruiting team.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with strong teamwork capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail in daily tasks.
• At least one year of relevant work experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Advanced level of English.
