INDI is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its Recruiting Team. Working remotely, you will help identify and engage potential candidates across multiple job portals, contributing to the company’s fast‑growing talent acquisition efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area by identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates.
• Propose new methods for candidate identification and sourcing.
• Identify opportunities to improve current recruitment processes.
• Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals for open searches.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong teamwork capabilities.
• High attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Advanced level of English.
