About the role

Join BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition team as a Remote Data Entry Specialist. You will support the recruiting process by handling candidate information, posting job notices, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruiting area by identifying and initially contacting potential candidates.
• Propose new alternatives for candidate identification.
• Identify opportunities to improve current recruitment processes.
• Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals for open searches.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
• At least one year of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Advanced level of English.
