Remote Cloud Engineer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking remote Cloud Engineers to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. You will review AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges to help improve AI model performance. The role is flexible, asynchronous and suitable for junior to senior software engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
