Recruitment Specialist – Talent Sourcing

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Specialist focused on talent sourcing to identify, attract, and engage top talent for current and future hiring needs. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build robust pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Leverage AI‑powered sourcing tools (e.g., Eightfold, SeekOut, hireEZ, Gem, Beamery, Phenom) to identify and engage diverse candidates.
• Conduct Boolean searches, talent mapping, and market mapping to build talent pools for multiple functions and levels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high‑quality candidate slates.
• Maintain and nurture talent networks while ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
• Analyze sourcing metrics and use data‑driven insights to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Hands‑on experience with AI sourcing platforms and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail.
