Recruiter (US Market) - Remote

About the role

A South-based recruiter is sought for a US-based home-efficiency company that helps homeowners in Texas improve comfort, reduce energy costs and increase home value through HVAC, solar, roofing, insulation, windows and other upgrades. The recruiter manages assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance, building talent pipelines and supporting hiring across functions and levels. The position is remote in Latin America, full-time Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm CST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage requisitions through the full cycle, partnering with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles
• Sourcing candidates proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and referrals, and building strong candidate pipelines
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate records and pipeline data, and prepare regular pipeline and hiring reports
• Conduct reference checks and keep candidates informed about compensation, schedule and expectations
• Research the market and map talent when needed for difficult or specialized searches

Required profile

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hands-on experience recruiting for the US market
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, industries or seniority levels; experience in skilled trades, home services, construction, solar, HVAC or related fields is a plus
• Strong English, written and spoken, and ability to interview candidates and talk with US hiring managers
• Comfortable working independently, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Required skills

• Proactive sourcing and candidate research, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter
• ATS or recruiting CRM experience
• Ability to manage several open positions at once
