About the role

Flat Rock Technology is growing its team in Costa Rica and is looking for an experienced Recruiter to help find the people who will shape its next stage of growth. This is not a role of simply reviewing applications: you will source, headhunt, engage and build relationships with candidates while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers. You will own recruitment from "we need someone" to "offer accepted", across technical, digital, BPO and business roles.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenging them to raise the bar
• Recruit top-tier talent to meet quarterly hiring goals
• Source, screen, interview and close candidates, owning the full end-to-end process
• Build sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs
• Educate hiring managers and interview teams so they are prepared for every interview
• Promote the employer brand through social media and events
• Ensure a great candidate experience regardless of the outcome

Required profile

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-scaling organisations
• In-house recruiting experience partnering with multiple internal stakeholders
• Track record of negotiating with and closing tech talent, and hiring high volume and niche talent
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, collaborate with fellow recruiters and work at pace
• Data-driven approach and excellent written and spoken English

Required skills

• Managing inbound applications and optimising advertising strategies
• Using an ATS, ideally Personio
• Sourcing passive candidates and building a diverse pipeline
