About the role
The LATAM Payroll Coordinator will lead regional payroll operations across multiple Latin American countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery in line with local regulations. This role acts as the primary liaison between BD and external payroll providers, driving compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead payroll delivery across LATAM, monitoring calendars, milestones, and operational readiness.
- Manage vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and oversee corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, audit requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Identify and implement process standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for payroll matters, providing updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
