Quality Engineer – Manufacturing & Process Quality

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support our manufacturing and process quality initiatives. You will work in a clean‑room environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure product and process compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct manufacturing and process quality assessments.
• Investigate non‑conformances and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Lead validation activities and support CAPA implementation.
• Manage supplier quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Utilize statistical tools to analyze data and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or advanced student in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality, non‑conformance investigations, validation, CAPA, or supplier quality.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with statistical software such as Minitab.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments and clean rooms.

What we offer

• On‑site position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• 1‑year fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension.
