Quality Engineer III – Manufacturing & New Product Transfer

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer III to lead and support quality activities across manufacturing and new product transfers to production. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams and customers to ensure that quality standards, validations, and manufacturing processes are correctly implemented in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives related to manufacturing and new product introduction/transfer.
• Execute validations, audits, and quality assessments to verify process compliance.
• Develop and continuously improve manufacturing and inspection processes.
• Provide floor support during production ramp‑up and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare technical reports and support quality‑related decision making.
• Mentor junior engineers and offer technical guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Proven experience with validations, audits, and new product transfer activities.
• Strong communication and technical leadership abilities.
• Hands‑on approach with regular shop‑floor presence.
