Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Implementation

About the role

The Engagement Manager will be an expert in the Workday Deployment Methodology, leading mid‑to‑large customer implementations from kickoff through go‑live and ensuring a positive deployment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Become proficient in Workday's Implementation Methodology and apply it on all engagements.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements and define delivery approaches.
• Plan and staff projects accurately.
• Partner with the customer project manager to ensure deployment success.
• Present updates at Executive Steering Committee meetings.
• Assist customers in transitioning from professional services to the Customer Success team after go‑live.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations in medium to large enterprises, higher education, or government.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Workday solutions.
