Project Manager – Pricing Optimization & AI

About the role

Excel Nearshore is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead pricing optimization, AI workstreams, and ERP enhancements for a global manufacturing and consumer‑goods brand. The role bridges internal teams and external vendors, ensuring data foundations are solid and interactive analytics tools are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Lead price and margin optimization initiatives, defining current and future states for promotions and price management, and overseeing system and organizational changes.
• Drive an AI workstream to accelerate deep‑dives into pricing opportunities, impact analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Oversee discovery and execution of pricing data foundations, managing data ingestion, cleansing and the creation of AI‑enabled analytics tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve SAP pricing, promotion and ordering workflows.
• Document pricing requirements and manage RFP processes to select long‑term implementation partners.
• Provide light Scrum Master support for AI‑for‑Customer‑Service workstreams, coordinating teams and establishing delivery processes for pilots.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Project or Program Manager delivering complex, cross‑functional IT and business transformation projects.
• Strong ability to align internal business teams with external implementation vendors.
• Highly proactive mindset with risk‑identification and issue‑resolution skills.
• Experience in price management, margin optimization and promotion strategies.
• Direct experience with SAP systems related to pricing and order management.
