Project Manager - Launch Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Launch Coordinator to lead the successful introduction of new products and programs from concept to production. This highly visible role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, customers, and global stakeholders to meet critical milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new product and program launches throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Drive project execution to achieve timing, budget, customer, and operational objectives.
• Manage project schedules, risks, deliverables, and key launch milestones.
• Support equipment installation, validation activities, and production readiness.
• Monitor tooling and capital expenditures to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and apply Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Lead regular project reviews and communicate progress, risks, and action plans to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong background working with cross‑functional teams in Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Product and Process Engineering.
• Proven success managing complex projects from planning through production launch.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, APQP, PPAP, and launch methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools.
