Project Manager – Infraestructura Crítica

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead critical‑infrastructure projects, primarily data‑center construction, in a fast‑paced, technically demanding environment. The role involves full lifecycle management from planning through delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and closure of assigned projects, guaranteeing compliance with scope, budget and timeline.
• Develop and maintain master budgets and detailed project schedules.
• Prepare minutes, progress reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise deliverables at each project phase, ensuring adherence to regulatory and technical standards.
• Support tendering, contracting and vendor management processes.
• Review requisitions, change orders and billing in coordination with clients and property administrators.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the technical team, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
• Identify key risks or deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and industry standards.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes, technical management and delivery standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) – desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing engineering and construction projects.
• Strong financial and contractual project management experience.
• Experience with data‑center projects is highly valued.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to relocate temporarily for international assignments.
