Project Coordinator – Managed Services Transition

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support HP's Managed Services transition team, ensuring a smooth hand‑over of operational responsibility from customers to HP. This role combines project management, customer liaison, and technical coordination across hardware and software deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Process hardware and software orders and coordinate delivery.
• Track, escalate, and confirm installation completion.
• Monitor project status, purchase order requests (POR), and budget adherence.
• Communicate project updates and submit MLS for new devices.
• Manage customer relationships and handle escalations.
• Lead the turnover of contracts to steady‑state operations.
• Coordinate multi‑vendor, multi‑function project teams across the US and Canada.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Required profile

• University degree (first‑level) with experience in project management or similar roles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Moderate knowledge of IT services and HP’s service offerings.
• Ability to analyse problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
