Program Manager – Supplier Operations

About the role

We are seeking an organized, analytical, and proactive Program Manager to support one of our international clients in supplier operations. The role involves handling data, monitoring short‑term projects, and coordinating tasks across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and follow up on short‑term projects.
• Create and maintain reports using Excel and SharePoint.
• Analyze information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain records and track internal assets.
• Assist with administrative, invoicing, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Use ServiceNow or similar tools to manage requests and workflows.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum 80%).
• High school diploma required; ongoing college or university studies are a plus.
• Experience in short‑term projects, operations, or administrative roles.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, attention‑to‑detail, and communication skills.

• Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and graphs).
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• SharePoint.
• ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms (preferred).
